Mirchi Bajji

Mirchi bajji with a cup of  tea would be a perfect snack on a rainy day.Try this out and enjoy your evening

Gram flour/ besan -1cup
Rice flour- 3tsp
Baking Powder -1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Chili powder -1/tsp
Water -As required
Long mirchi -3
Chopped onions and coriander leaves -(optional)

Cut the mirchi's into half and remove the seeds. In a bowl add gram flour ,salt, baking powder ,chili powder and mix well.

Add water slowly and mix well such that there are no lumps.

Dip the mirchi's in batter such that it is coated well with batter and fry them in oil at medium flame.Remove when they are turned brown color.

You can also  stuff them with chopped onions and coriander leaves .
