Veg Falafel

Ever since i have tasted this dish in New York streets it became one of my  favorite .Here comes my version of Falafel over rice after many trails.

INGREDIENTS
Rice -1 cup
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Salt - as required
Vegetables -1 cup 
Ginger paste -1/2 tsp
Onion - 1
Oil - For deep fry
Black chickpeas or kabuli chana -2cup
chilli powder -1/2 tsp
cumin coriander -1/2 tsp

METHOD
Soak chickpeas over the night or atleast for 4-5hrs in water.



Boil the rice by adding a  pinch of turmeric and salt.

Mean while grind the chick peas by a adding salt ,ginger paste , chilli powder and cumin coriander



Add copped onions to the paste and make into small patties.





Deep fry them until they get brown color.U can directly have them as evening snack with ketchup .



On a fresh pan or griddle add 1tsp of oil and add all the veggies. Fry them till they become soft.Then crush the  Falafels and add then to the veggies.Add ranch or tomato sauce to these mixture and serve them with yellow rice and fresh salad.
