Thai Red Curry

If you want to try something spicy and sweet together then you must go for Thai famous recipe Red Curry.A simple to prepare dish , all  you need is red curry paste and coconut milk.
                                      

INGREDIENTS
Thai Red Curry paste -2 tsp
Coconut milk -2 cups
Water -2 cups
Vegetables -1 bowl
tofu or panner -1 cup
Salt - as required
Oil -2tsp
Onions -1
Soy sauce -1tsp


Here i have used some frozen mixed vegetables.U can take vegetables of your choice






METHOD
Take a shallow pan add 2 tsp of oil and add chopped onions.



After the onions are fried for 2-3 mins add mixed vegetables and let them cook for 10-15 mins


Mean while prepare the gravy for curry.In a bowl add coconut milk 2 cups of water ,salt, 2 tsp of red curry paste, 2 tsp of soy sauce and mix them.

Add the gravy to the cooked vegetables ant then add tofu or panner.


 Let it cook for 2-3 mins and curry is ready to serve .Generally served with sticky rice in Thai restaurants.
