Schezwan Masala Dosa

If you want have  heavy breakfast or something special and colorful then try Schezwan Dosa .Preparation would take little time ,but the final taste would be unforgettable.

For Masala curry

Onions -1
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Chopped and boiled Potato's  -2
Cumin Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp 
Salt -As required
Oil- 2 tsp
For Dosa
Dosa batter -1 bowl
Schezwan Sauce -3 tsp
Panner grated -1/2 cup
Carrots finely chopped  1/2 cup
Coriander leaves -1/2 cup

-Heat the pan ,add oil cumin and mustard seed.When they crackle add sliced onions.

-Once onions change color add boiled potato's and mash them.Add salt ,cumin coriander powder and turmeric and let it cook for 10mins and dish out.

- Heat a pan or electric griddle add little oil and spread dosa . After the dosa is cooked little bit then keep on low flame. Now spread Schezwan sauce and curry over dosa.

-Spread evenly and sprinkle carrots ,coriander leaves and grated panner over the dosa and your dosa is read to serve

Note :
-Add Schezwan sauce only when dosa is almost cooked. Dont spread immediatley after spreading the batter on pan.
-You can add Schezwan sauce as per you spice level , i have add just 2 tsp.
- You can also add grated cheese instead of Panner.
