2 Minute Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake

Sometimes few regular ingredients make wonder recipes, one such are mug cakes.If your craving to eat something sweet but short on time then, Mug Cakes are must try recipes.Although tried for first time they came out very well, soon gonna try other flavors too :D.



INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour or Maida , Sugar ,Cocoa Powder -2 tsp
Oil -1/4 tsp
Salt -pinch
Baking Powder -1/2 tsp
Milk -4tsps
Nuts and chocolate chips -Few (optional)

METHOD

-Mix all purpose flour ,Cocoa powder , baking powder and salt.
 




-Add oil and and milk mix well without lumps. Add few chocolate chips. Keep in microwave for 2 minutes. For first time check for every 30 sec using tooth pick ,batter should not stick to tooth pick.

 


-Garnish with nuts and chocolate chips.Serve hot :)

DIY Flower Vase with Pista Shells

Thinking how to reuse old bottles? Did you ever use Pista shells after eating Pista's ? You would definitely love this idea.




Things You Need
Old Glass Bottle or Jar
5 Pista Shells
Nail Polish
Glue

METHOD:

Take any glass bottle and with glue, stick the pista shells in a flower shape and let it dry

Apply nail polish of any color and let it dry. I have also applied glitter nail polish on the top of normal one.

Fill the bottle with color papers or color stones and keep the flowers or it can be also used as pen stand.

Pizza Recipe

For the first time , i have tried Pizza along with base at home. It came out really well. Here is the recipe...
INGREDIENTS

For Base /Dough
Maida or All purpose flour- 3 cups
Yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar -1 tsp
Water - 1cup
Salt -1/2 tsp
Olive Oil -1tsp

Topping
Pizza Sauce
Panner - Few cubes
Onions -1/2
Capcium or Bell pepper -1 green and red
Mozzarella Cheese -As needed

Method

-Take boiled water the and add sugar .Mix it well until the sugar melts.
-Now add Yeast and mix it well. Set it aside for 10 minutes. You can see a frothy layer over the top which is when you can use it for making dough.
-You can see from the pictures how the layer is formed after 10 minutes of adding yeast to the water.

 



-Now add one cup of flour,salt and oil to the yeast mixture and mix well.Then add remaining 2 cups of flour and make smooth dough and cover it with wet cloth. You can also coat with little oil and cover.
-After a hour the dough doubles in size


-Spread the dough on the pan with hand ,as thin as possible and spread sauce and cheese.
-Using fork make few holes on dough randomly
-Spread vegetables and cheese ,I have added panner and sprinkled garam masala on one side .

-Apply oil on top of veggies .
-Pre heat oven for 420 F or 210 C and bake for 10-15 mins checking in between till the cheese melts and base edges turn brown .Home made pizza is ready

Schezwan Masala Dosa

If you want have  heavy breakfast or something special and colorful then try Schezwan Dosa .Preparation would take little time ,but the final taste would be unforgettable.




INGREDIENTS
For Masala curry

Onions -1
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Chopped and boiled Potato's  -2
Cumin Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp 
Salt -As required
Oil- 2 tsp
For Dosa
Dosa batter -1 bowl
Schezwan Sauce -3 tsp
Panner grated -1/2 cup
Carrots finely chopped  1/2 cup
Coriander leaves -1/2 cup

Method:
-Heat the pan ,add oil cumin and mustard seed.When they crackle add sliced onions.


-Once onions change color add boiled potato's and mash them.Add salt ,cumin coriander powder and turmeric and let it cook for 10mins and dish out.
                              

- Heat a pan or electric griddle add little oil and spread dosa . After the dosa is cooked little bit then keep on low flame. Now spread Schezwan sauce and curry over dosa.



-Spread evenly and sprinkle carrots ,coriander leaves and grated panner over the dosa and your dosa is read to serve

Note :
-Add Schezwan sauce only when dosa is almost cooked. Dont spread immediatley after spreading the batter on pan.
-You can add Schezwan sauce as per you spice level , i have add just 2 tsp.
- You can also add grated cheese instead of Panner.

Thai Red Curry

If you want to try something spicy and sweet together then you must go for Thai famous recipe Red Curry.A simple to prepare dish , all  you need is red curry paste and coconut milk.
                                      

INGREDIENTS
Thai Red Curry paste -2 tsp
Coconut milk -2 cups
Water -2 cups
Vegetables -1 bowl
tofu or panner -1 cup
Salt - as required
Oil -2tsp
Onions -1
Soy sauce -1tsp


Here i have used some frozen mixed vegetables.U can take vegetables of your choice






METHOD
Take a shallow pan add 2 tsp of oil and add chopped onions.



After the onions are fried for 2-3 mins add mixed vegetables and let them cook for 10-15 mins


Mean while prepare the gravy for curry.In a bowl add coconut milk 2 cups of water ,salt, 2 tsp of red curry paste, 2 tsp of soy sauce and mix them.

Add the gravy to the cooked vegetables ant then add tofu or panner.


 Let it cook for 2-3 mins and curry is ready to serve .Generally served with sticky rice in Thai restaurants.

Veg Falafel

Ever since i have tasted this dish in New York streets it became one of my  favorite .Here comes my version of Falafel over rice after many trails.

INGREDIENTS
Rice -1 cup
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Salt - as required
Vegetables -1 cup 
Ginger paste -1/2 tsp
Onion - 1
Oil - For deep fry
Black chickpeas or kabuli chana -2cup
chilli powder -1/2 tsp
cumin coriander -1/2 tsp

METHOD
Soak chickpeas over the night or atleast for 4-5hrs in water.



Boil the rice by adding a  pinch of turmeric and salt.

Mean while grind the chick peas by a adding salt ,ginger paste , chilli powder and cumin coriander



Add copped onions to the paste and make into small patties.





Deep fry them until they get brown color.U can directly have them as evening snack with ketchup .



On a fresh pan or griddle add 1tsp of oil and add all the veggies. Fry them till they become soft.Then crush the  Falafels and add then to the veggies.Add ranch or tomato sauce to these mixture and serve them with yellow rice and fresh salad.
